Family therapy: strong roots, strong branches

Families are systems. When one part of the system struggles, every part feels it. Family therapy is not about identifying who is the problem and fixing them. It is about understanding the patterns, the roles, and the dynamics that have developed over time, often across generations, and creating the conditions for every member to grow. I specialize in working with families using a family systems lens, helping you build resilient, empathetic, and lasting bonds.

My Approach

How we work together

Family Systems Lens

We look at the whole, not just individuals. Patterns, roles, and communication styles that developed over years become visible and changeable.

Intergenerational Work

Many of the patterns we play out in our families came from our families of origin. Understanding where they came from is the beginning of choosing differently.

Strengths-Based Approach

Every family has resources. We build on what is already working while addressing what is not.

Who It Serves

This therapy is for you if...

Your family loves each other but something keeps going wrong in how you communicate or connect. Or a major event has shaken the family system and you are trying to find your footing together. Family therapy works best when the system itself is the client.
