Couples therapy: two people reconnecting

Most couples arrive at therapy after years of trying to solve things on their own. By the time they reach the office, the patterns are deep and the distance feels wide. This is not failure. It is the exact moment when the right support can change everything. Using a psychobiological approach to couples therapy, I help partners understand how their nervous systems interact, how their histories shape their reactions, and how to become a true source of safety and regulation for each other.

My Approach

How we work together

Psychobiological Approach

We work with the body and the nervous system, not just words and cognition. You will learn how your arousal patterns affect connection and how to regulate together.

Attachment-Based Work

Understanding your attachment style and your partner's is foundational. We identify the patterns, name them, and find new pathways through.

Conflict Navigation

The goal is not to eliminate conflict but to fight better. We build skills for de-escalation, repair, and reconnection after rupture.

This therapy is for you if...

You love each other but something keeps getting in the way. You want to fight less and feel more. You are tired of feeling like strangers in the same house. Couples therapy is not a last resort. It is a powerful investment in the relationship you actually want.
