About Amber

Warmth, depth, and genuine investment in your growth.

Many people arrive at therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the relationships that matter most. Amber creates a warm, supportive space where you can explore what is holding you back, understand its roots, and build the life and connections you deserve.

"My goal is to help couples become genuine experts on each other so they can emotionally regulate together and become a powerful resource for their family and community."

Using a family systems lens alongside attachment-based, trauma-informed approaches, Amber specializes in helping couples and families strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and rebuild trust. She works from a psychobiological approach to couples therapy and holds full EMDRIA training in EMDR.

Amber brings an inclusive, affirming lens to every session. Her personal experiences, navigating grief, major life transitions, and supporting loved ones through their own, give her work depth and authenticity. She views every challenge as an opportunity for growth.

Evening appointments are available Monday through Thursday, both in person in Mesa and via secure video throughout Arizona.
